Menvori helps users identify and manage recurring subscriptions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, what we store, and the choices available to users.
When you create a Menvori account, we collect your email address for authentication and account management. Authentication is provided using Supabase.
Connecting Gmail is optional and is separate from signing in to Menvori.
If you choose to connect Gmail, Menvori requests read-only Gmail access. Gmail is scanned only when you manually start a scan. We use this access solely to identify emails that may relate to recurring subscriptions, billing, renewals, and cancellation information.
Menvori does not send, modify, delete, archive, or otherwise alter your Gmail messages.
Raw Gmail message bodies, email subjects, senders, attachments, and Gmail message IDs are not stored in our application database.
Menvori may store derived subscription information identified from your emails, such as:
You may manually edit or correct this derived subscription information inside the app.
Google OAuth credentials used to maintain your Gmail connection are stored securely on the server and are not stored on your device as application data.
Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing subscription detection and management features described in this policy.
Menvori's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Menvori may help you locate an official cancellation page for a detected subscription. Cancellation pages are opened in your device's system browser.
Menvori does not automatically cancel subscriptions or make purchases on your behalf.
We do not sell your personal information or Gmail data. We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
The current version of Menvori does not include third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
You may disconnect Gmail at any time from the Settings screen. Disconnecting Gmail removes the stored Gmail connection credentials used by Menvori. Existing subscription records previously derived from your scans may remain in your Menvori account until you remove your account.
You can permanently delete your Menvori account from the Settings screen in the app. Account deletion removes your Menvori account, stored subscription information, Gmail connection information, and associated authentication data.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and application data. Gmail authorization credentials are handled server-side and are not exposed to the mobile application.
Menvori is not specifically designed for children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the application changes. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated revision date.
